Mistshore Neighborhood Handout for Waterdeep Dungeons and Dragons campaign setting

My client requested a map they described as crudely and quickly rendered, not bought in a store, to be found by the party as a hint as to where to go next. This is what I drew. Quick and easy compared to some of the extensively rendered artwork I've created!

The handout was made to go with an existing game module, which presumably didn't include a map for this, merely a description for the DM to read, but this DM wanted an actual art asset to cover the needs of that description. It is of a small neighborhood in the city of Waterdeep in the Forgotten Realms Faerun setting.

Not quite a battlemap, since it was not intended for an encounter, but as a reward for finishing an encounter and as a hint.
